How to use

Before first use, wash the pan with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Preheat the pan on low to medium heat, then add a small amount of cooking oil or butter if desired; the ceramic nonstick surface allows using less fat. Use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils to avoid scratching the coating. Avoid sudden temperature changes by allowing the pan to cool before washing with cold water.

Recommendations

To preserve nonstick performance and extend the ceramic coating life, avoid metal utensils and prolonged high heat. Clean with a soft sponge or cloth and mild detergent; do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool. Store carefully to prevent surface damage.
