How to use

Before first use, wash the pan with warm water and mild detergent and dry thoroughly. Use on compatible stovetops at medium to medium-high settings for most tasks; avoid overheating when empty to preserve the non-stick surface. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to prevent abrasion of the titanium reinforced coating. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning to maintain coating integrity.

Recommendations

For best long-term performance, avoid using metal utensils and abrasive cleaners. Hand wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent when possible; if dishwasher use is chosen, follow manufacturer guidance to minimise wear. Preheat the pan briefly and add a small amount of oil or butter for optimal release and even browning.
