Padella quadrata Russell Hobbs RH00997EU73 26 cm rivestimento antiaderente Stone

The Russell Hobbs Square Frying Pan RH00997EU73 26 cm with Stone non-stick coating offers a rectangular cooking surface designed to increase usable area compared with traditional round pans. The 26 cm cooking base and shallow sides make it suitable for everyday frying and sautéing tasks such as eggs, pancakes, vegetables and small cuts of meat. The Stone non-stick coating reduces food adhesion for easier turning and minimal oil use, and the pan’s lightweight construction supports quick handling and straightforward cleaning.

Advantages

The square shape provides a larger effective cooking area, allowing you to cook more food at once or use the space more efficiently for rectangular items. The Stone non-stick coating ensures easy release of food and reduces the need for added fats. The pan heats evenly across the 26 cm surface, and the low-profile sides make flipping and sliding food onto plates simpler. Its lightweight design and smooth interior finish make routine washing faster and less labor-intensive.

How to use

Preheat the pan on medium heat for a short time before adding oil or butter if desired. Place ingredients evenly across the square cooking surface to ensure uniform cooking. Use heat-resistant utensils to avoid scratching the Stone non-stick coating and adjust heat as needed to prevent burning. When cooking delicate items like eggs or pancakes, work with moderate heat and allow the surface to do the work rather than applying high temperatures. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent.

Recommendations

To preserve the Stone non-stick coating, avoid using metal utensils and abrasive cleaners. Clean with warm water and a soft cloth or sponge. Do not overheat an empty pan for extended periods and store in a way that prevents heavy objects from scratching the cooking surface.
