The Tefal Hard Titanium PRO G28937 28 cm Black is a 28 cm round sauté pan designed for everyday cooking tasks. Advantages

The hard titanium reinforcement increases scratch resistance and prolongs the life of the non-stick layer, while the even heat distribution helps achieve consistent cooking results. How to use

Place the sauté pan on a compatible heat source and allow it to preheat briefly before adding oil or butter. Use medium to medium-high heat for sautéing and browning; avoid prolonged use at maximum temperature to preserve the non-stick coating. Cook in small batches when searing proteins to maintain even browning, and deglaze the pan with liquid to create pan sauces. After cooking, let the pan cool slightly before washing with warm soapy water and a soft sponge.

Recommendations

To extend the life of the hard titanium non-stick surface, avoid metal utensils and abrasive cleaners. Use silicone, wooden or heat-resistant nylon tools, and clean the pan gently after each use. For best results, preheat the pan moderately and avoid sudden extreme temperature changes.
