Padella singola in ghisa Staub Minis – nero, 800 g

Staub Minis single pan in black is a compact cast iron pan weighing 800 g, designed for individual portions and table presentation. Made within Staub’s collection created for serving directly from stovetop or oven to the table, this pan delivers the heat distribution and retention properties of cast iron in a small-format cookware. Its size and finish suit searing, baking and serving single portions such as soufflé, gratin or individual desserts while maintaining food temperature during service.

Advantages

The cast iron construction provides even heating and long heat retention, allowing steady cooking and keeping dishes warm at the table. Its enameled exterior in black offers resistance to staining and simplified cleaning compared with untreated cast iron. The compact weight and form factor make it easy to handle, store and present single servings directly from oven to plate. Designed for durability, the pan is suitable for high temperatures and repeated use in both home and professional environments.

Suitable for

• Individual portions: soufflés, small gratins, single-serve casseroles
• Table presentation and serving straight from oven or stovetop
• Small kitchens and portion-controlled cooking
• Baking, searing and finishing dishes under residual heat

Key specifications

• Material: cast iron with enamelled exterior
• Finish: black enamel
• Weight: approximately 800 g
• Design: single-serving pan, compact form for table use
• Compatibility: suitable for use on stovetops and in ovens

How to use

Preheat the pan gradually on the stovetop or place it in a preheated oven according to your recipe. Use moderate heat for searing and medium to low heat or oven settings for baking to take advantage of cast iron’s even heat distribution. To serve, transfer the pan directly to the table; the cast iron will keep the portion warm. Allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning and avoid thermal shock by not immersing a hot pan into cold water.

Recommendations

Use wooden, silicone or heat-resistant nylon utensils to protect the enamel surface. For routine cleaning, let the pan cool, then wash with warm water and a soft brush or sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners that can damage enamel. Dry thoroughly and store in a dry place. For persistent food residues, soak briefly in warm water before cleaning. Follow stove and oven manufacturer guidelines for maximum temperatures when using enameled cast iron cookware.
