Padella ZWILLING PURE 20 cm acciaio inox antiaderente

The ZWILLING PURE 20 cm frying pan in stainless steel with a non-stick interior is a compact pan designed for everyday cooking. Combining a stainless steel exterior with a non-stick coating, it facilitates easy food release and simplified cleaning while keeping the durability and heat distribution characteristics of stainless steel. The 20 cm diameter makes this pan suitable for single portions, side dishes and quick stovetop preparations.

Advantages

The stainless steel body provides resistance to deformation and contributes to even heat distribution across the cooking surface. The non-stick interior reduces the need for added fats and supports effortless food release, which simplifies cleaning after use. Its compact size allows precise heat control for small portion cooking and saves space in kitchen storage.

Suitable for

• Frying single servings and omelettes
• Sautéing vegetables and small meat portions
• Reheating leftovers and preparing sauces
• Quick stovetop tasks in small kitchens or for one person

Key specifications

• Material (exterior): stainless steel for structural durability and heat conduction
• Interior: non-stick coating for easy release and cleaning
• Diameter: 20 cm suitable for single servings and side dishes
• Intended use: frying, sautéing and small-portion cooking on compatible stovetops
• Design: compact, shallow frying pan profile for efficient heat contact

How to use

Preheat the pan briefly over low to medium heat before adding ingredients to achieve even cooking. Use a small amount of oil or butter if desired to enhance browning, though the non-stick interior reduces the need for fats. Avoid sudden temperature changes such as immersing a hot pan in cold water to protect the coating and stainless steel structure. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to prevent scratching the non-stick surface and allow the pan to cool slightly before washing.

Recommendations

Clean the pan with a soft sponge and mild detergent; avoid abrasive pads and harsh cleaners that can damage the non-stick coating. If stacking pans, place a protective layer between them to prevent scratches. Follow stovetop compatibility guidelines for stainless steel cookware and avoid excessive empty heating to extend the life of the non-stick surface.
