Pannello di gestione cavi Rittal CM 5001.083, acciaio, metallizzato, larghezza 1099 mm

Rittal CM 5001.083 is a steel cable management panel engineered to route and organize cables inside enclosures and racks. With a metallic finish and a width of 1099 mm, the panel provides a robust mounting surface for cable routing and strain relief. It is lightweight and designed for straightforward integration into industrial cabinets and network racks where tidy internal wiring is required.

Advantages

The steel construction delivers mechanical stability and long-term durability while the metallic finish resists wear in cabinet environments. The panel includes a cable clamp rail sized to the mounting plate width for effective strain relief at cable entry points. A supplied mounting bracket supports three different installation orientations on the mounting plate, increasing installation flexibility.

How to use

Install the cable management panel on the interior mounting plate or rack frame using the supplied bracket. Choose one of the three bracket positions to match the mounting situation, then secure the panel with appropriate fasteners for your enclosure. Route cables along the panel and secure them to the clamp rail to provide strain relief and maintain organized cable runs. Ensure cable bend radii and connector clearances are respected when positioning cables.

Recommendations

For reliable strain relief, group cables by function and secure them to the clamp rail without over-tightening. Verify that the chosen bracket position provides adequate clearance for connectors and airflow. Use compatible fasteners and grounding practices according to enclosure guidelines.
