Pannello porta custodia Rittal SV 9340.140 — bianco PVC (polivinilcloruro)

Rittal SV 9340.140 is a white enclosure door panel manufactured from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) for use in electrical and control cabinets. The panel is intended for indoor cabinet applications where a lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and electrically non-conductive surface is required. It serves as a protective and finishing element for enclosures, providing a clean appearance while helping to isolate internal components from accidental contact and dust.

Advantages

The PVC construction provides corrosion resistance and electrical non-conductivity, reducing risk when mounting near live components. Its lightweight nature simplifies handling and installation compared with metal alternatives. The smooth white finish offers a neutral aesthetic suitable for a range of cabinet styles and environments, and the material is easy to cut or modify on-site if minor adjustments are needed.

Key specifications

How to use

Measure the mounting opening of the cabinet to confirm fit before installation. If required, cut or trim the PVC panel with appropriate tools to achieve the correct dimensions and finish edges to avoid sharp burs. Fasten the panel into the cabinet door frame or interior mounting points using suitable screws or mounting hardware compatible with PVC and the cabinet structure. Ensure the panel does not interfere with hinges, seals, or gasket closures and verify clearances around busbar connections and cables.

Recommendations

For safe operation, use the panel only in indoor environments and avoid exposure to direct sunlight, high temperatures, or open flames. When installing near live busbars or when connecting enclosures, position the panel to reduce rear contact hazard and maintain proper insulation distances; follow local electrical installation regulations and use personal protective equipment during installation and maintenance.
