Parat longarina 900012161 428 x 36 x 88 mm longarina / guida di montaggio

Parat Längssteg model 900012161 is a longitudinal step / mounting strip with dimensions 428 x 36 x 88 mm. Designed to provide a compact, clearly defined step profile, this component is intended for installation in cases, racks and equipment housings. Its precise shape and proportions help ensure consistent fit and alignment, supporting secure mounting of accessories and contributing to the structural stability of assembled systems.

Advantages

The mounting strip is manufactured to provide even contact surfaces and predictable geometry, reducing play and easing installation. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for tight spaces while offering a robust profile for fixing components. The controlled dimensions and repeatability of production support interchangeability and faster assembly processes.

Suitable for

• Installation in tool cases and transport cases
• Mounting panels or accessory brackets inside racks and housings
• Creating stepped profiles for cable routing or component support
• Retrofitting or replacing worn mounting strips in equipment enclosures

Key specifications

• Length: 428 mm
• Width: 36 mm
• Height: 88 mm
• Type: longitudinal step / mounting strip
• Typical application: structural support and mounting within cases and housings

How to use

Position the longitudinal step in the intended slot or along the internal face of the case or rack, aligning its surfaces with the mating structure. Fasten using appropriate screws or rivets through pre-existing holes or by marking and drilling attachment points consistent with the strip's dimensions. Ensure that the mounting hardware and the substrate material are compatible and rated for the expected load. Verify alignment and stability after installation and make any necessary adjustments to ensure secure contact and load distribution.

Recommendations

For reliable results, use corrosion-resistant fasteners when installing in humid environments and select screws with head type and length suitable for the strip thickness and substrate. Avoid over-tightening fasteners to prevent deformation. Inspect mounts periodically for loosening or wear when used in transport or vibration-prone applications.
