Passacavo per rack DELOCK 67275 19 pollici 1U con protezione dei bordi, nero

DELOCK 67275 is a 19" 1U rack cable grommet in black designed to guide and protect cables where they pass through rack panels. The grommet fits a standard 19" 1U opening and provides a smooth passage with integrated edge protection to reduce abrasion and bending stress on data and power cables. It is intended to improve cable routing in server cabinets, network racks and equipment enclosures while maintaining a neat installation and enhancing safety by minimizing exposed sharp metal edges.

Advantages

The grommet offers continuous edge protection along the cutout, preventing cable insulation damage and reducing strain at entry points. Its 19" 1U form factor ensures compatibility with common rack systems, and the compact black design blends with standard rack interiors. Installation requires no special tools and the construction promotes reliable cable retention and organization.

Suitable for

• Server cabinets and data center racks
• Network equipment racks and patch panels
• Telecommunications enclosures and distribution frames
• Any 19" 1U rack openings requiring protected cable entry

Key specifications

• Format: 19-inch, 1U mounting height
• Color: black
• Function: cable protection and routing through rack panels
• Feature: integrated edge protection to reduce abrasion and strain
• Compatibility: designed for standard 19" rack openings and enclosures

How to use

Place the grommet into the 1U slot or cutout in the rack panel so that the edge protection aligns with the opening. Feed cables through the grommet ensuring they follow the protected channel to avoid contact with sharp metal edges. Check that cables are not overly bent at the entry point and secure external cable runs with appropriate ties or management accessories as needed. Periodically inspect the grommet and surrounding cables for wear and re-route if necessary.

Recommendations

For best results, use the grommet in combination with horizontal cable managers and cable ties to maintain organized routing and reduce mechanical stress. Avoid forcing oversized cable bundles through the opening and inspect cable insulation periodically where cables pass the protected edge.
