How to use

Clean the surfaces of the CPU/GPU and heatsink with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Apply a thin, even amount of Kryonaut thermal grease to the processor heat spreader — a pea-sized or thin-line application is typically sufficient depending on CPU size and socket type. Mount the heatsink and secure it according to the cooler manufacturer’s instructions to spread the compound evenly and ensure good contact.

Recommendations

Do not use Conductonaut procedures or follow warnings about aluminium compatibility for this product; Kryonaut is non-electrically conductive and suitable for common heatsink materials. Avoid applying excessive amounts of paste — more does not improve conductivity and can impede proper mounting. Replace the thermal grease when performing major maintenance or if thermal performance degrades.
