How to use

Clean the mating surfaces of the component and heatsink to remove old compound, dust and grease. Apply a small, controlled amount of the thermal compound from the 5 ml syringe onto the centre of the component, then mount the heatsink and secure it according to the device instructions to spread the paste into a thin, even layer. For rework, gently remove the old material with an appropriate solvent or isopropyl alcohol, allow the surfaces to dry, and apply a fresh, thin layer of the thermal compound before reassembly.

Recommendations
