DAHLE 250mi laminating pouches in a 100-pack measure 213×303 mm and are intended for hot pouch laminators. Each pouch consists of two 125 μm layers that together form a 250 mi protective film to stiffen and seal documents, photos and certificates. The clear gloss finish preserves legibility and colour fidelity while providing moisture and wear resistance for office and home archival and presentation needs.

Advantages

These laminating pouches deliver consistent thickness and a uniform, transparent surface that minimises bubbles and wrinkles when used with compatible hot laminators. The combined 250 mi thickness adds rigidity and protects against spills, handling abrasion and yellowing, while maintaining a professional appearance for documents and printed materials. The 100-piece pack offers convenient stock for small offices, schools or home use.

Key specifications

• Pack quantity: 100 pouches
• Pouch size: 213 × 303 mm
• Individual pouch structure: two layers of 125 μm each (total 250 mi)
• Finish: clear gloss
• Intended lamination type: hot pouch lamination
• Typical applications: documents, photos, certificates

How to use

Place the document centrally inside a pouch, ensuring edges are aligned and no dust or debris is trapped. Preheat a compatible hot pouch laminator to the recommended temperature for 250 mi film, then feed the sealed edge of the pouch into the laminator first to minimise curling. Allow the laminated item to cool flat before handling or trimming to ensure the layers bond fully and the edges seal correctly.

Recommendations

Use with a pouch laminator that supports 250 mi total thickness and follow the laminator manufacturer's temperature and feed speed guidelines. For best results, handle documents with clean hands and store laminated items flat away from direct sunlight to avoid long-term discoloration. If trimming is required, use a sharp guillotine or rotary cutter and leave a small margin of film around the document to preserve the seal.
