How to use

Before first use, wash the pressure cooker and inspect the gasket and valve. Add ingredients and the recommended amount of liquid according to your recipe, close the lid securely and set the pressure following the manufacturer's instructions. Heat the cooker on a compatible hob until the pressure valve indicates full pressure, then reduce the heat to maintain a steady pressure level for the required cooking time. After cooking, release pressure according to the recipe or allow natural depressurisation, then open the lid once the pressure has fully released.

Recommendations

Do not overfill the cooker; leave sufficient headspace for steam. Regularly check and clean the sealing gasket and valve to ensure proper function. Use utensils that will not damage the stainless steel surface and follow the hob manufacturer's guidance for heat settings on induction or other cooktops.
