How to use

The stainless-steel interior allows direct cooking of acidic foods. Avoid sudden extreme temperature changes when hot to reduce thermal stress on the metal.

Recommendations

For best long-term results, clean by hand with mild detergent and a soft sponge; polish the exterior copper periodically if a bright finish is desired. Do not use abrasive cleaners on the stainless-steel interior.
