Piano cottura Bosch Serie 6 PPM9A6I40 nero da incasso 90 cm a gas 5 zone

Enjoy precise control of the flame.
Adjusting the flame to just the right heat can be a guessing game. Our gas hobs with FlameSelect make it easy and clear: turn the knob to one of nine pre-set flame levels to suit what you're cooking. Whether you want to sauté, simmer or sear, get full, predictable control for perfect results every time.

Tempered Glass: for strength and aesthetic.
Our gas hobs come with black temepered glass surface, which adds a layer of durability and strength, so you don't have to worry when placing heavy pans on the hob. While also having a sleek look for your kitchen.

Easy, scrub-free cleaning.
Take scrubbing pan supports off your to-do list. Bosch gas hobs are easy to clean, thanks to pan supports with high-quality surfaces that are completely dishwasher-safe. We’ve optimised the surface of the pan supports so that you don’t have to worry about corrosion, cracks or discolouring when they’re in the dishwasher.

Cleaning's a Breeze with Removable dials!
Remember the struggle of cleaning around those fixed gas hob dials? Well, we've got some good news for you, our gas hobs now come with removable dials! You can now easily and safely remove the dials, clean them, and even get into those hard-to-reach spaces in between. It's all about making your life a little easier, your kitchen a little cleaner, and your smile a little wider.

Simplified Cleaning for Your Gas Hob
Cleaning your gas hob can sometimes feel like a chore. Those hefty pan supports, tricky edges, and corners can be a real hassle. But don't worry, we've got your back! Our gas hobs have been designed with you in mind. They feature an optimised surface design, removable dials, and dishwasher-suitable pan supports. So, you can kick back, relax, and let your dishwasher do the hard work.

Your Handy, Hassle-Free Pan Supports.
Remember those times when you struggled with those heavy, oversized pan supports? Well, it's time to put those days behind you. Our semi-continuous pan supports are designed with you in mind. They're smaller, more manageable, and now fit much better into your sink or dishwasher. And when they're on the hob, they still form a continuous surface for your pots and pans, making your cooking experience smooth.

Quickly heat or gently simmer – whatever you'd like.
Our gas hobs with a dual flame burner are both strong and gentle in one. High power, for instance, lets you stir fry fresh, healthy dinners. Low power is particularly gentle for simmering, making sauces or simply keeping your food hot.

Safety first, always!
Imagine this: You're in the middle of creating a culinary masterpiece and suddenly a flame goes out unnoticed. But don't panic! Our gas hobs are equipped with a flame gas cut-off. Think of them as your faithful kitchen companion, always on guard. The moment the flame goes out, it springs into action, detects the change and immediately cuts off the gas supply. So you can concentrate on cooking, knowing that your kitchen is protected from unwanted gas. That's a recipe for peace of mind, isn't it?

Cook With Biomethane-Ready Hobs!
We know you love cooking and we also know that you care about our planet. That's why our gas hobs are run on sustainable biomethane, convenient alternative for natural gas.

How to use

Install the hob into a suitable 850 × 490 × 45 mm cut-out following the manufacturer’s installation instructions and local gas regulations. Connect the gas and electrical supply only by a qualified technician. Use the front rotary control to select one of nine FlameSelect levels for the required heat; press or operate the control as instructed for one-hand electronic ignition. Place cookware on the semi-continuous pan supports and adjust the dual-flame burner between high power for rapid heating and low power for simmering as needed. If a flame goes out, the flame-failure cut-off will close the gas supply automatically.

Recommendations

For best performance, use cookware with flat, stable bases sized appropriately for each cooking zone. Remove the dials before cleaning and place the pan supports in the dishwasher according to the dishwasher manufacturer’s instructions. Have gas connections and conversions (for biomethane or different gas types) performed by an authorised technician and follow local safety regulations.
