Piatto fondo Ritzenhoff & Breker Cecina Perle 210 mm gres lavabile in lavastoviglie

The Ritzenhoff & Breker Cecina Perle 210 mm soup plate is a stoneware dish designed for everyday dining. With a 210 mm diameter and a gently sloped rim, this plate provides space for soups, stews, pasta and other saucy dishes while retaining heat and resisting minor impacts typical of regular use. The glazed surface is formulated to be dishwasher-safe, helping to simplify cleaning in household kitchens and casual catering environments.

Advantages

The stoneware construction ensures good thermal retention, keeping soups and stews warmer for longer compared with thin ceramic plates. The glazed finish offers resistance to staining and is suitable for frequent dishwashing cycles without noticeable deterioration when used according to care instructions. The shape and size balance capacity and tabletop presence, making the plate versatile for multiple dish types. The overall design is practical for everyday use and matches a range of table settings.

Suitable for

• Serving hot soups and broths
• Presenting stews, risottos and saucy pasta dishes
• Everyday family meals and casual dining
• Small-scale catering and buffet service

Key specifications

• Material: stoneware
• Diameter: 210 mm
• Design: soup plate with shallow well and sloped rim
• Finish: glazed, dishwasher-safe
• Durability: chip-resistant typical of vitrified stoneware

How to use

Place the soup plate on a flat, heat-resistant surface before ladling hot liquids. Use appropriate serving utensils to avoid scratching the glazed surface. After use, allow cooled residue to be rinsed or soaked briefly if necessary, then place the plate in the dishwasher according to the appliance manufacturer's instructions. For stovetop or open-flame heating, transfer food to cookware intended for direct heat; the plate is intended for serving and table use rather than cooking over direct flame.

Recommendations

To preserve appearance and longevity, avoid sudden extreme temperature changes (for example, transferring directly from freezer to very hot liquid) and use non-abrasive cleaning agents or soft sponges when removing dried food. Store stacked with protective separators if stacking many plates to reduce risk of chipping.
