Pinza crimpatrice per cavi ShiverPeaks BS73000-6M

The ShiverPeaks BS73000-6M cable crimper is designed for precise crimping of connectors on a variety of cables. Its ergonomic handle and balanced weight distribution reduce hand fatigue during repeated use. Constructed from hardened materials, the tool provides consistent jaw alignment and reliable pressure for uniform crimps. The crimper accommodates multiple connector types and cable sizes, making it suitable for fieldwork, workshop tasks, and home installations.

Advantages

The ergonomic grip and optimized leverage deliver controlled force with less user effort, while hardened jaws maintain shape and alignment over extended use. A reliable ratchet or adjustable stop ensures full-cycle crimps and consistent contact for electrical and data connections. Compact dimensions and sturdy construction make the tool portable and durable for frequent transport and storage.

Suitable for

• Crimping insulated and non-insulated terminals
• Preparing cable ends for network and telecom connectors
• Electrical installations and maintenance work
• DIY electronics and hobby projects requiring secure conductor termination

Key specifications

• Ergonomic handle for reduced hand strain
• Hardened steel jaws for long service life
• Adjustable or ratcheting mechanism for consistent crimps
• Compatibility with multiple conductor diameters and connector types
• Compact, portable design suitable for workshop and field use

How to use

Select the appropriate jaw or die for the connector and strip the cable to the required length. Insert the connector on the conductor, position it in the crimper jaws, and squeeze the handles evenly until the mechanism completes the crimp cycle or the connector is firmly compressed. Inspect the crimp visually and, if applicable, verify electrical continuity and mechanical retention before final installation.

Recommendations

Use matching connector sizes and maintain clean jaw faces to ensure consistent crimps. Periodically check jaw alignment and lubrication points, and replace the tool if jaws show excessive wear. Store the crimper in a dry place to prevent corrosion and keep it calibrated to maintain reliable performance.
