How to use

Insert an appropriate hot glue stick into the rear feed, switch the device on and allow the unit to reach operating temperature according to the manufacturer's guidance. Aim the nozzle at the intended bond area and apply a steady trigger pressure to dispense the hot-melt adhesive. Press the joined parts together while the glue is still molten or tacky to ensure good contact and alignment; allow sufficient cooling time for the adhesive to set before handling. Follow safety instructions for hot surfaces and melted adhesive to avoid burns or damage to sensitive materials.

Recommendations

Use glue sticks formulated for general-purpose hot-melt guns and match adhesive type to the materials being bonded. For porous substrates, apply additional adhesive and allow longer cooling for increased strength. Work in a well-ventilated area and use protective gloves if prolonged handling of hot adhesive is required.
