Plastificatrice Nedis LAMI112BK4 plastificatrice a caldo, 230 mm/min, nero

The Nedis LAMI112BK4 hot laminator is a compact device for protecting documents and prints by applying thermal laminating pouches. With a rated operating speed of 230 mm/min and a black housing, this laminator is intended for office or home environments where frequent handling and moisture resistance are required. It produces laminated items that are more durable, tear-resistant and easier to clean, suitable for small-format documents such as ID cards, menus, certificates and frequently used papers.

Advantages

The laminator heats and feeds laminating pouches consistently to ensure even adhesion and clear finishes without bubbles when used according to the pouch manufacturer’s instructions. Its moderate run speed balances throughput with control, making it suitable for individual users and small teams. The compact footprint and straightforward operation reduce desk clutter and minimize the need for a dedicated workspace.

Suitable for

• ID cards and badges
• Menus, price lists and signage
• Certificates, licences and permits
• Instruction sheets, reference cards and frequently handled documents

Key specifications

• Operating mode: hot laminating (thermal pouch lamination)
• Maximum laminating speed: 230 mm/min
• Housing colour: black
• Suitable pouch type: thermal laminating pouches (compatible width for small-format documents)
• Intended use: office and home document protection

How to use

Prepare documents by removing staples and ensuring paper is flat and free of dust. Place the item inside a suitable thermal laminating pouch, aligning it centrally and leaving an appropriate margin around the edges. Power on the laminator and allow it to reach operating temperature according to the device’s ready indicator. Feed the sealed end of the pouch into the laminator first and guide it straight to prevent skewing. After passage, allow the laminated sheet to cool on a flat surface before trimming or handling to avoid deformation.

Recommendations

Use manufacturer-recommended thermal pouches of the correct thickness for the item you are laminating; very thin or very thick pouches can affect the finish. For best results with frequently handled items, choose a thicker pouch to increase rigidity and protection. Regularly clean the feed rollers following the user manual to maintain consistent performance and extend the device’s service life.
