Portaocchiali WEDO Penguin Design modello 202 2702 – portaocchiali da tavolo

WEDO Penguin Design model 202 2702 is a compact glasses holder designed for desktop or bedside use. Shaped and finished to resemble a small penguin, the stand provides a stable, upright support for reading glasses, sunglasses or prescription frames. The holder maintains eyewear in a fixed position to reduce surface contact and lower the risk of scratches or accidental crushing while keeping spectacles easily accessible during daily routines.

Advantages

The penguin-shaped stand combines a small footprint with stable construction, allowing placement on desks, nightstands or shelves without occupying much space. Its design reduces direct contact between lenses and surfaces, helping to protect delicate coatings. The holder keeps glasses visible and within reach, simplifying storage and retrieval throughout the day. Materials and finish are chosen for gentle contact with frames to avoid abrasive wear.

Suitable for

• Reading glasses and blue-light eyewear
• Everyday prescription glasses
• Sunglasses with moderate frame size
• Office desks, bedside tables and living room shelves

Key specifications

• Form factor: compact desktop stand with penguin-inspired shape
• Intended placement: desk, nightstand, shelf
• Compatibility: most standard adult spectacle frames and sunglasses
• Protection function: reduces lens contact with flat surfaces to minimize scratches
• Footprint: small, space-saving design suitable for limited surfaces

How to use

Place the glasses holder on a level surface within easy reach. Gently set the spectacles onto the stand so that the bridge rests securely in the support area and the temples are free to hang or rest without stress. Ensure the holder is positioned away from edges to prevent accidental knocks. For glasses with very wide or unusually shaped frames, position them carefully to maintain balance.

Recommendations

Clean the holder periodically with a soft, dry cloth to avoid dust accumulation; avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. Store the stand indoors and keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight or high humidity to maintain material condition and ensure continued protection of eyewear.
