Portariviste PaperFlow K540655

The PaperFlow K540655 magazine rack combines a polystyrene housing with an aluminium finish to provide a compact, upright storage solution for magazines, brochures and documents. It has four open shelves arranged vertically to keep printed materials visible and accessible. The unit measures 85 mm in width, 250 mm in depth and 670 mm in height, and meets CE quality assurance standards.

Advantages

The polystyrene construction offers lightweight durability while the aluminium finish gives a neutral, professional look suitable for a variety of interior styles. Four evenly spaced shelves allow for organized stacking and separation of different titles or document sets. Its narrow footprint makes the rack suitable for corridors, reception areas or small office corners where space is limited. CE certification indicates compliance with relevant safety and quality requirements.

How to use

Place the magazine rack on a stable, level surface where it will not obstruct walkways. Arrange magazines, brochures or documents on the four open shelves, grouping items by title, topic or date for easier retrieval. For heavier stacks, distribute weight evenly across shelves and avoid overfilling beyond the shelf depth. The rack requires no assembly if supplied preassembled; if fastenings are present, follow included instructions to secure parts before use.

Recommendations

Position the unit away from direct heat sources or prolonged sunlight to preserve the polystyrene and finish. Clean surfaces with a soft cloth and mild detergent; avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the aluminium-look surface. For public areas, rotate displayed materials regularly to maintain a neat appearance and prevent excessive weight on any single shelf.
