Powerstation portatile EcoFlow River 3 Plus — LiFePO4 286Wh, uscite AC e USB, ricarica solare/accendisigari

EcoFlow River 3 Plus is a portable power station with a 286 Wh Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery designed to provide reliable backup power at home or on the go. It delivers AC and USB outputs, supports charging from AC mains, car cigarette lighter and solar panels, and can be expanded with an external battery to increase usable capacity. Compact and lightweight, it is intended for camping, power outages and small-appliance use.

Advantages

The unit offers up to 600W continuous output with an X-Boost mode capable of handling higher startup loads, fast 1-hour charging through multiple inputs, and up to 220W solar charging. Its LiFePO4 chemistry provides long life with around 3000 cycles, and the device includes a built-in display, Bluetooth/Wi‑Fi connectivity and UPS-style switching with under 10 ms switchover. The design emphasises quiet operation, compact size and safety features including IP54 protection and multi-layer battery monitoring.

Suitable for

• Camping and outdoor trips — powering lights, phones and small appliances
• Home backup during short outages — routers, laptops, small kitchen devices
• Mobile work — safe shutdown of desktop systems and network storage with UPS support
• Solar charging setups for off-grid or semi-off-grid use

When it may not be suitable

River 3 Plus is not intended as a primary household power source for large appliances that require sustained high wattage such as full-size refrigerators, electric ovens or HVAC systems. While X-Boost can support higher startup loads, continuous operation of heavy-duty equipment exceeds the unit’s rated output and can shorten runtimes.

Key specifications

How to use

Charge the River 3 Plus from mains power, a car socket or compatible solar panels before use. Connect devices to the AC outlets or USB ports as needed; use the display and EcoFlow app to monitor remaining capacity, output and charging status. For extended capacity, attach a supported external battery (EB300 or EB600) according to the manufacturer instructions; the batteries connect via the tool-free wireless pogo-pin system. When using as a UPS, connect sensitive equipment to the AC outlets and enable UPS mode in settings to ensure automatic fast switchover during outages.

What to consider before purchase

• Required runtime and the combined wattage of devices you plan to power
• Whether you need expandability via an external battery for longer runtimes
• Compatibility with your solar panels and vehicle charging setup (up to 220 W solar input)
• Weight and size for transport and storage (4.7 kg, compact design)
• Noise sensitivity — unit operates at library-like noise levels (<30 dB)

Recommendations

For best results, match the River 3 Plus capacity to your typical device loads, use the EcoFlow app to monitor battery status and enable UPS mode when protecting PCs or NAS devices. Add an external battery if you require significantly longer runtimes for lights or network equipment, and prefer solar charging for off-grid situations.
