Presa a muro RJ-45 Telegärtner J00020A0512

The Telegärtner J00020A0512 Socket outlet RJ-45 is a wall-mount network connector engineered for Category 6a cabling. Designed for centralised and point-to-point Ethernet installations, this socket outlet provides a reliable interface for high-speed data transmission in homes, offices and commercial environments. The unit features a discreet white finish that integrates with standard wall plates and interior decors while maintaining the electrical and mechanical characteristics expected from professional network components.

Advantages

This RJ-45 socket outlet supports Cat6a performance, enabling 10 Gigabit Ethernet over copper at the distances defined by the cabling standard. The outlet is built to ensure reproducible contact quality and stable signal transmission, reducing the risk of packet loss and connection interruptions. Its form factor is compatible with common flush-mounted wall boxes and faceplates, simplifying retrofit and new-install workflows. The white housing offers neutral aesthetics and easy visual integration into residential and commercial installations.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet LAN connections in office and data room environments
• High-speed wired connections for streaming, VoIP and IP telephony
• Home network backbones and structured cabling installations
• Retrofitting or expanding existing Category 6a cabling systems

Key specifications

• Cabling category: Cat6a (backward compatible with Cat6/Cat5e)
• Connector type: 8P8C (RJ-45) socket
• Data rate support: up to 10 Gbps over compliant Cabling
• Color: white
• Mounting: flush wall outlet compatible with standard mounting boxes
• Contact design: gold-plated/contact materials suitable for reliable low-resistance connection

How to use

Connect the outlet to the structured cabling by terminating the incoming Cat6a cable pairs on the designated IDC or punch-down contacts following the wiring scheme used in your installation (T568A/T568B). Secure the outlet in the flush mounting box and attach the faceplate according to local electrical and building regulations. After mechanical installation, verify continuity and performance with a suitable network tester to confirm correct pairing and Cat6a compliance before connecting active network equipment.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use certified Cat6a patch cables and maintain proper cable management to avoid sharp bends and electromagnetic interference. Verify wiring standard consistency across the installation and perform post-installation testing (wiremap, length, NEXT, return loss) to ensure the outlet delivers the expected 10 Gbps performance.
