How to use

Install the MACLEAN MCE13 outlet into a compatible single-gang wall box following local electrical codes and safety regulations. Ensure power is switched off at the circuit breaker before connecting live, neutral and earth conductors to the terminal points. After installation and restoring power at the breaker, insert device plugs into the socket and use the built-in switch to turn the connected device on or off. Regularly inspect the outlet and switch for signs of wear or damage and disconnect power before performing maintenance.

Recommendations

Use the outlet within its intended ratings and avoid connecting appliances that exceed typical household outlet loads. For heavy-duty or continuous high-current equipment, select a dedicated circuit or a device rated for higher current. Follow local installation standards and consult a qualified electrician if unsure about wiring or compatibility.
