How to use

Install the outlet in a compatible System 55 frame following local electrical codes and safety standards. Ensure power is switched off at the distribution board before wiring. Connect line, neutral and protective-earth conductors to the designated terminals, tighten terminal screws to the manufacturer’s recommended torque, and secure the device into the flush-mounting box. After installation, attach the appropriate System 55 cover plate to complete the visible finish. Testing of the protective-earth continuity and correct polarity should be performed before returning the circuit to service.

Recommendations

Use only with proper System 55 frames and cover plates from the same installation system. Installation and any maintenance work should be carried out by a qualified electrician. Avoid exposing the outlet to moisture or mechanical damage; do not use in environments requiring splash- or waterproof protection without additional protective measures.
