Pressacavo DeLOCK 90° angolare PG9 nero con scarico di trazione

This DeLOCK Cable Gland 90° angled PG9 in black provides a watertight seal for cable and conduit entries into housings while saving space thanks to its angled design. Made of durable plastic, the cable gland includes a screw-on strain relief to secure cables, reduce bending stress and maintain position under vibration. It is supplied as a single piece suitable for various installation environments where reliable cable routing and protection are required.

Advantages

The angled PG9 design enables installation in confined spaces while maintaining a sealed lead-through. The screw-on strain relief fixes the cable and prevents excessive bending and pull-out even under vibration. Constructed from robust black plastic, the cable gland provides IP68 dust and waterproof protection for increased resistance to dirt and moisture.

Suitable for

• Cable and electrical tube entries in small or tight installations
• Automation systems and robotics
• Machinery and equipment subject to vibration
• Enclosures requiring IP68 protection

How to use

Drill or prepare the appropriate PG9 threaded hole in the enclosure, insert the angled cable gland and secure it by screwing it into the thread. Pass the cable or electrical tube through the gland and tighten the screw-on strain relief until the cable is held firmly but not crushed. Ensure the sealing surfaces are clean and that the gland is tightened to achieve the IP68 seal.

Recommendations

Check cable diameter compatibility with PG9 and avoid overtightening the strain relief to prevent damage to the cable jacket. For permanent outdoor or submerged installations, verify the overall enclosure assembly is rated for IP68 under your specific conditions.
