Pressacavo DeLOCK M12 con aerazione e scarico di trazione IP68 nero 2 pz.

The DeLOCK Cable Gland M12 with ventilation and strain relief provides a watertight and dustproof lead-through for cables and electrical conduits. Made of durable black plastic, the set contains two M12 cable glands designed for secure cable entry into housings and enclosures while offering IP68 protection against water and dust.

Advantages

The integrated ventilation holes allow permanent pressure and air equalisation to reduce condensation. The built-in bend protection spiral acts as strain relief to protect flexible cables from excessive bending, for example near moving machine parts. The IP68 rating provides enhanced protection against dirt and moisture, and the robust plastic construction supports use in demanding industrial environments.

Suitable for

• Cable entry points in electrical enclosures and housings
• Automation equipment and control cabinets
• Robotics and machinery with moving parts
• Outdoor or wet environments requiring IP68 protection

• Protection class: IP68 (dust and waterproof)
• Material: Plastic
• Colour: Black
• Features: Ventilation holes, bend protection spiral for strain relief
• Brand: DELOCK, MPN: 60624, EAN: 4043619606245

How to use

Drill or prepare an M12-sized entry in the housing per the enclosure manufacturer’s guidance. Insert the cable gland into the housing opening and secure it according to the product’s mounting method (threaded or snap-in as applicable). Feed the cable through the gland until the bend protection spiral and sealing section are positioned correctly. Tighten any locking nut or fastener to compress the seal and achieve the IP68 watertight fit. Verify correct seating and perform a visual check for gaps or misalignment.

Recommendations

For reliable sealing and strain relief, select the correct cable diameter compatible with the M12 gland, avoid over-tightening which can damage the seal, and periodically inspect the gland and the bend protection for wear when used in environments with frequent motion or exposure to contaminants.
