Pressino per portafiltro Eureka 58mm manico in faggio ACC-TMP-011-1KIT

Eureka 58mm Beechwood Handle Portafilter Tamper ACC-TMP-011-1KIT is a precision tool for compressing ground coffee in 58 mm filter baskets. The tamper combines a flat stainless steel base sized for 58 mm baskets with an ergonomically shaped beechwood handle to provide stable, consistent tamping pressure. Designed for both professional and home espresso setups, the tamper helps achieve uniform puck density and more reliable extraction, contributing to improved crema and shot repeatability.

Advantages

The tamper offers a flat, well-machined base that distributes pressure evenly across the coffee puck, reducing channeling and extraction variability. The beechwood handle provides a comfortable grip and a balanced feel that aids in applying steady tamping force. Its compatibility with standard 58 mm baskets makes it suitable for a wide range of commercial and domestic portafilters, while durable construction ensures long-term use.

Suitable for

• Baristas and coffee professionals using 58 mm portafilters
• Home espresso users with 58 mm baskets seeking consistent tamping
• Cafés and restaurants standardizing shot preparation
• Anyone aiming to improve extraction uniformity and crema quality

Key specifications

• Base diameter: 58 mm, suitable for 58 mm filter baskets
• Base material: stainless steel for a flat, durable tamping surface
• Handle material: beechwood, ergonomically shaped for comfortable grip
• Type: flat tamper designed for even compression of coffee grounds
• Compatibility: intended for use with commercial and home espresso machines that use 58 mm baskets

How to use

Distribute ground coffee evenly in the 58 mm portafilter basket, then hold the tamper by the beechwood handle with a firm, vertical wrist position. Place the flat stainless steel base level on the coffee surface and apply steady, even pressure until the puck is compacted. Lift the tamper straight up to avoid disturbing the tamped surface. The resulting compressed puck will help deliver more consistent extraction and crema when pulling espresso shots.

Recommendations

For consistent results, check that the base is clean and free of residue before tamping, and use moderate, repeatable pressure each time. If your portafilter has a slight basket overhang, ensure the tamper sits flush with the basket edge to avoid uneven compression. Periodically inspect the beechwood handle for wear and clean the stainless steel base with a soft cloth.
