Recommendations

For best performance and longevity, use wooden or silicone utensils to avoid scratching the non-stick coating. Avoid using metal scouring pads or abrasive cleaners. Hand wash with mild detergent and a soft sponge. This pan is ideal for low to medium heat cooking; high heat may damage the coating. Always allow the pan to cool before washing.
