Prolunga AS Schwabe 60210, 16 A, rosso, 10 m

AS Schwabe 60210 extension cable is a 10 m red power lead designed for 16 A circuits. The cable provides a reliable connection for portable electrical devices and temporary installations. Its 10-metre length gives flexibility for positioning equipment at a safe working distance from the power source, while the red sheath improves visibility and identification on job sites or in busy environments.

Advantages

The extension cable supports continuous operation at 16 A and is constructed to meet typical safety and durability requirements for portable power leads. The red outer jacket resists abrasion and makes the cable easier to spot in low-light or cluttered areas. The 10 m reach reduces the need for multiple smaller extensions and helps maintain proper cable routing to avoid trip hazards.

Key specifications

How to use

Connect the extension cable to a properly rated 16 A supply and plug the device into the cable’s socket. Lay the cable so it does not create trip hazards and avoid running it through sharp edges or areas with high mechanical stress. For outdoor use, ensure plug and socket connections are protected from moisture and comply with local electrical safety regulations. Do not overload the cable beyond its rated current.

Recommendations

Inspect the cable before each use for cuts, exposed conductors or damage to the outer jacket. Store the cable coiled without tight bends and avoid kinks. If the cable shows any damage, discontinue use and replace it. Use suitable residual-current devices or circuit protection when required by the installation.
