How to use

Plug the USB-A male connector into the host computer or hub and connect the USB-C device to the female connector. For lengths of 10 m or more, connect the supplied external plug-in power supply to a mains outlet and to the cable’s power input to ensure stable operation. The cable supports hot-plugging, so devices can be connected or disconnected while the system is running.

Recommendations

For reliable maximum data rates and stable device operation at 10 m, always use the included external power supply. Do not attempt to cascade multiple active extension cables; use a single active extension of the specified length per connection.
