Prolunga DeLOCK RJ50 connettore maschio su connettore femmina S/FTP 0,5 m nero

This cable by DeLOCK is a 0.5 m RJ50 extension cable with S/FTP shielding designed to extend and connect control and measuring devices or network components that use RJ-50 connectors. The screwable RJ50 female connector can be mounted to a slot bracket or a housing with a suitable cut-out, enabling a fixed and reliable connection while the male plug connects to the device.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and improves signal integrity. The screwable RJ50 female allows secure mounting in panels or housings. A 0.5 m cable length provides a compact extension option where space is limited. The black jacket offers a neutral appearance that integrates easily into professional installations.

Suitable for

• Extending RJ-50 connections between measuring and control equipment
• Panel or housing installations requiring a screwable RJ50 female
• Short network or device extensions in confined spaces

Key specifications

• Cable length: 0.5 m
• Connector 1: RJ-50 (male)
• Connector 2: RJ-50 (screwable female)
• Shielding: S/FTP
• Product colour: Black

How to use

Insert the RJ50 male plug into the corresponding RJ-50 socket of your device. Secure the screwable RJ50 female to the panel or housing cut-out using appropriate mounting hardware, then connect the mating RJ50 male plug from the external cable or device. Ensure connectors are fully engaged and screws are tightened to prevent accidental disconnection.

Recommendations

Use the cable in environments within the manufacturer's specified temperature and mechanical stress limits. Avoid sharp bends near the connectors and route the cable to minimize exposure to high electromagnetic sources. For panel mounting, confirm the cut-out dimensions match the screwable RJ50 female before installation.
