Prolunga EUROLITE 30245698 3x1,5 mm² 15 m

EUROLITE 30245698 3x1.5 mm² 15 m is a 15‑metre mains extension cable with a three‑core conductor layout for live, neutral and earth. The cable is intended to extend power from a fixed outlet to equipment and devices where a longer reach is required. Its 3x1.5 mm² conductor cross‑section supports typical household appliances and light professional loads in indoor and temporary installation scenarios.

Advantages

The extension cable provides a long‑reach power connection while keeping conductor sizing appropriate for moderate power draws. Three‑core wiring ensures protective earth continuity and safe operation of earthed devices. A flexible outer sheath allows easier routing in confined spaces and temporary setups. The single continuous length reduces the need for multiple connectors and potential contact points.

How to use

Unroll the 15 m extension cable fully before use to avoid heat buildup. Connect the plug end to a properly rated mains outlet and the socket end to the device or appliance, ensuring secure and correct polarity and earth continuity. Use the cable only within its current‑carrying capacity and avoid coiling it tightly while under load. Inspect the cable and connectors for damage before each use and avoid routing the cable across sharp edges or areas with high foot traffic without protection.

Recommendations

For safe operation, do not exceed the current rating appropriate for 1.5 mm² conductors; avoid prolonged use with high‑power appliances such as large heaters or ovens. Use the cable in dry indoor environments or temporary indoor event setups, and protect it from mechanical damage. Replace the cable if the outer sheath, conductors or connectors show wear, cuts or other damage.
