Prolunga EUROLITE 3x1,5 mm 5 m, modello 30245696

EUROLITE extension cable 3x1.5 mm, 5 m is a flexible power extension designed to lengthen electrical connections for lighting fixtures, audio equipment and other devices that accept a 3‑conductor 1.5 mm² cable. The 5‑metre length provides additional reach in venues, stages, rehearsal rooms or indoor installations where a modest extension of mains supply is required. The construction and conductor size are intended for typical low-to-moderate current loads within the cable's rated capacity.

Advantages

The cable combines a standard 3‑core layout with 1.5 mm² conductor cross-section to offer a balance between flexibility and current-carrying capability for many indoor applications. Its 5 m length reduces the need for multiple short extensions and helps keep temporary setups neat. The product is compatible with devices and connectors that accept three‑conductor mains cable and is suitable for short-term on-site use where a reliable, straightforward extension is needed.

How to use

Uncoil the EUROLITE extension cable fully before connection to avoid heat buildup. Connect the cable to compatible plugs and sockets ensuring correct polarity and secure earth connection. Use the cable within its rated current limits and avoid routing it across walkways without suitable protection. For temporary event setups, position the cable to reduce mechanical strain on connectors and prevent tripping hazards.

Recommendations

Inspect the cable for damage before each use and replace it if the insulation or conductors are compromised. Do not use the cable outdoors in wet conditions unless protected by appropriate housings and enclosures. For permanent installations or higher current requirements, select a cable with an appropriate conductor size and consult a qualified electrician.
