Prolunga HDMI High Speed DeLOCK 48 Gbit/s 8K 60 Hz 2 m

The DeLOCK High Speed HDMI extension cable 48 Gbps 8K 60 Hz 2 m extends HDMI connections while preserving high-bandwidth audio and video transmission. This triple-shielded cable supports resolutions up to 8K Ultra HD (7680 x 4320 @ 60 Hz) and is backwards compatible with 4K. Gold-plated HDMI Type A connectors and a 2 m cable length make it suitable for connecting devices where a short extension is required without signal loss.

Advantages

The cable supports 48 Gbps throughput, Dynamic HDR and Dolby Vision for improved colour, contrast and brightness reproduction, and eARC for lossless audio transmission to external sound systems. Triple shielding reduces interference, and gold-plated HDMI Type A connectors ensure reliable contact and corrosion resistance.

Suitable for

• Extending HDMI connections between TV and Blu‑ray player, set‑top box or console
• Home cinema setups requiring 8K/4K video and high-quality audio via eARC
• Gaming systems that need high bandwidth and low signal degradation

How to use

Connect one end of the DeLOCK High Speed HDMI extension cable to the HDMI output of the source device and the other end to the HDMI input of the display or receiver. Ensure both devices support the desired video and audio formats (for example 8K @ 60 Hz or eARC) and select the appropriate input on the display. For best results, avoid tight bends and keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

For maximum performance with 8K resolution and eARC audio, verify that connected devices and their HDMI ports support the specified bandwidth and features. Use short, direct cable runs where possible and avoid running parallel to power cables to minimise interference.
