Prolunga PSSO 30245705 3x1,5 mm² 10 m nero

Extension Cable PSSO 30245705 3x1.5 mm² 10 m Black is a flexible three-conductor cable designed to extend electrical connections for portable devices and light installations. The cable features three conductors with a cross-sectional area of 1.5 mm² each and a total length of 10 metres in a black outer sheath. It is intended for general-purpose use indoors and for short-term outdoor use when adequately protected from moisture and mechanical damage.

Advantages

The cable combines flexibility and straightforward handling that simplifies temporary connections and extensions of existing circuits. Its three-conductor design allows connection of single-phase devices with earth, neutral and live conductors. The 1.5 mm² conductor cross-section provides a balance between current-carrying capacity and pliability suitable for many portable electrical appliances and light fixtures. A black outer sheath offers discreet appearance and basic protection against abrasion in normal use conditions.

How to use

Before use, inspect the cable for visible damage to the sheath or conductors. Connect the cable to compatible plugs, sockets or terminal blocks ensuring correct identification of live, neutral and earth conductors according to local wiring practice and safety regulations. Route the cable to avoid sharp edges, heat sources and areas where it could be pinched or excessively bent. For outdoor or temporary external use, protect connections and the cable run from direct exposure to rain, standing water and mechanical strain.

Recommendations

Use the cable within the recommended current limits for 1.5 mm² conductors and in accordance with local electrical codes. Do not use the cable as a permanent replacement for fixed wiring in damp or exposed outdoor locations unless installed in suitable protective conduits or housings. Regularly check connections and cable condition during prolonged or repeated use.
