Pulsante DELOCK 22039, interruttore da pannello 16 mm, 2 x morsetto a vite

DELOCK Push Button 22039 is a 16 mm panel-mounted switch designed for straightforward on/off control in control panels, equipment housings, and DIY electronics. The switch features a compact round actuator and two screw terminals that provide a secure, low-profile connection for copper wire. Its mechanical construction is suited to applications where simple, reliable switching is needed and where ease of replacement or retrofit into existing panels is important.

Advantages

The 16 mm mounting diameter makes this push button compatible with common panel cutouts, while the two screw terminals allow quick and tool-assisted wiring without additional connectors. The robust mechanical design delivers repeatable tactile operation and basic durability for frequent switching cycles. The compact size and standard footprint enable easy integration into control layouts and enclosures with limited space.

Suitable for

• On/off control in industrial control panels and machine interfaces
• DIY and hobby electronics projects requiring a small, panel-mounted switch
• Replacement of worn or damaged panel buttons in equipment housings
• Test rigs and prototype benches where straightforward manual switching is needed

Key specifications

• Mounting diameter: 16 mm panel cutout
• Actuator type: round push button
• Contact termination: 2 × screw terminals for wire connection
• Mounting style: panel-mounted with threaded collar or snap-fit as applicable
• Operating principle: mechanical momentary or latching action depending on wiring and model variant
• Body material: durable plastic and metal components for mechanical contacts
• Typical applications: control panels, instrument housings, enclosures with limited depth

How to use

Prepare a 16 mm diameter hole in the panel and insert the switch from the front. Secure the switch according to the panel mounting method (threaded collar or retaining clip) until it is firmly seated. Connect the circuit wires to the two screw terminals, ensuring proper stripping length and tight but not over-torqued terminal screws to avoid damage. Verify wiring continuity with a multimeter before powering the circuit. After installation, operate the push button several times to confirm reliable mechanical action and correct electrical switching.

Recommendations

For consistent performance, use copper conductor wires of appropriate gauge for the expected current, tighten terminal screws to the manufacturer’s recommended torque if available, and avoid exposure to excessive moisture or corrosive environments. When replacing an existing panel button, verify the cutout dimensions and clearances to ensure proper fit and accessible wiring space.
