Punta per cacciavite Wiha Standard TORX con foro T20H, 25 mm (7015 Z TR)

Wiha 7015 Z TR T20H is a precision Torx screwdriver with a steel shaft and a compact overall length of 25.4 mm. The tool is designed for engagement with TR (Tamper-Resistant) Torx T20H fasteners commonly found in electronics, appliances and equipment where controlled torque transfer and a secure fit are required. The short overall length improves access in confined assemblies while the hardened steel shaft delivers repeatable performance for assembly and maintenance tasks.

Advantages

The steel shaft provides dimensional stability and wear resistance for repeated use. The TR (Tamper-Resistant) Torx T20H tip is machined to ensure accurate fit and reduced cam-out. A compact 25.4 mm overall length improves control and access in shallow recesses and tight spaces. The design supports consistent torque application and precise engagement, reducing the risk of fastener damage during service or assembly.

How to use

Select the Wiha 7015 Z TR T20H for fasteners specified as TR Torx T20H. Align the screwdriver tip with the fastener head to ensure the centre pin is engaged, then apply axial pressure while turning to maintain engagement and prevent slippage. Use controlled torque consistent with the fastener and material specifications; avoid excessive force to prevent thread or head damage. When working in confined areas, keep movements steady and use the short overall length to improve hand control and visibility.

Recommendations

Inspect the tip for wear before use and replace the tool if the tip shows rounding or damage. Use the screwdriver only for compatible TR Torx T20H fasteners and store in a dry, clean environment to preserve tip geometry and shaft condition.
