Raccoglitore cartone multicolore A3 HERMA 19296 larghezza 335 mm altezza 440 mm

The Herma Folder Cardboard Multicolour A3 is a sturdy document folder designed to hold A3-format papers. Constructed from durable cardboard, this folder combines practical protection with a multicolour design that helps visually distinguish contents. Its dimensions—335 mm width and 440 mm height—accommodate A3 documents with a comfortable margin for insertion and removal while keeping papers flat and organised.

Advantages

The folder provides reliable physical protection against bending and light wear thanks to its rigid cardboard construction. The multicolour finish facilitates quick visual sorting and identification of different projects or categories. Its A3-compatible dimensions make it suitable for larger drawings, posters, or folded plans while remaining slim enough for storage on shelves or in cabinets.

How to use

Insert A3 documents by aligning the shorter edge with the folder opening and slide papers gently to avoid creasing. Use the multicolour design to assign a colour to a project, client, or document type. Store the folder upright on a shelf or flat in a drawer, ensuring heavier items are not stacked on top to prevent deformation. For transport, keep documents flat inside the folder and place it in a briefcase or portfolio to add an extra layer of protection.

Recommendations

To prolong service life, avoid exposing the folder to prolonged moisture and keep it away from direct heat sources. For archival storage of sensitive originals, consider using protective sleeves inside the folder to prevent contact with the cardboard surface.
