Raccordo rapido senza gocciolamento (femmina, dritto) Koolance QD2 G1/4 inch per raffreddamento a liquido

The Koolance Quick-Disconnect No-Spill Coupling (female, straight) with G1/4" thread is a compact coupling engineered for liquid cooling systems. It provides a female, straight-through connection that mates with standard G1/4" fittings used in custom PC loops and other active liquid cooling setups. The no-spill mechanism minimizes fluid loss during connection and disconnection, allowing tool-free maintenance and safer component swaps without large-scale draining.

Advantages

This coupling offers leak-minimizing operation through an integrated no-spill valve that seals automatically when disconnected. Its straight female design enables inline placement with minimal flow restriction, while G1/4" compatibility ensures broad interchangeability with common liquid-cooling fittings. The connection is designed for quick, tool-free use and repeatable, reliable engagement, reducing system downtime during upgrades or service.

Suitable for

• Custom PC water-cooling loops
• Server and rack-mount liquid cooling maintenance
• Bench testing, component swaps, and modular cooling assemblies
• Small fluid-handling segments where quick, no-drip disconnection is required

Key specifications

• Connector type: female, straight quick-disconnect coupling
• Thread compatibility: G1/4" standard fittings
• Seal: integrated no-spill valve to reduce leakage on disconnect
• Operation: tool-free push-to-connect and release
• Intended media: non-corrosive coolant fluids commonly used in PC and server liquid cooling
• Typical mounting: inline between tubing/fittings or directly to G1/4" ports

How to use

Turn off the cooling loop pump and relieve system pressure before attempting to disconnect. Align the female quick-disconnect coupling with the corresponding male G1/4" fitting and push together until the coupling engages and the no-spill valve seats. To disconnect, relieve any residual pressure, depress the release mechanism and separate the halves; the internal valve closes automatically to limit fluid loss. Inspect seals and mating threads periodically and re-tighten or replace associated fittings if wear is observed.

Recommendations

Use compatible, manufacturer-recommended coolants and avoid aggressive chemicals that can degrade seals. Perform connections and disconnections over an absorbent surface or drip tray during maintenance to capture any small residual fluid. Regularly check for corrosion or wear if used in environments with high humidity or extended service intervals.
