Raschietto manuale Bahco 665

The Bahco 665 hand scraper is a compact, lightweight tool designed for efficient surface preparation and finishing. Weighing approximately 210 g, the tool combines an ergonomic handle with a durable steel blade to remove paint, rust, adhesive residues and other surface contaminants. Its balanced shape and modest weight make it easy to control during precision scraping tasks on metal, wood, plaster and other materials.

Advantages

The Bahco 665 offers a combination of low weight and ergonomic design that reduces user fatigue during repeated use. The scraper blade is made from wear-resistant steel to maintain edge retention and ensure consistent performance. Its compact size allows access to tight spaces and simplifies storage in a toolbox or on a workbench. The simple construction enables quick blade changes and basic maintenance without specialized tools.

Suitable for

• Removing paint and varnish from small areas
• Cleaning rust and scale from metal surfaces
• Removing adhesive and sealant residues
• General preparation of surfaces before painting or bonding

Key specifications

• Approximate weight: 210 g
• Blade material: hardened steel for wear resistance
• Handle: ergonomic profile for improved grip and control
• Tool type: manual hand scraper for surface preparation
• Suitable materials: metal, wood, plaster, composites

How to use

Hold the Bahco 665 scraper with a firm grip on the ergonomic handle and position the blade at a shallow angle to the surface to avoid gouging. Apply steady, controlled strokes in the direction that best removes the coating or residue. For stubborn material, use several light passes rather than forceful single strokes. Inspect the blade regularly and replace or sharpen it when edge performance decreases to maintain effective scraping.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and gloves when scraping. Test the scraper on an inconspicuous area before working on visible surfaces to ensure the blade will not damage the substrate. Store the tool with the blade protected to avoid accidental contact and to preserve edge quality.
