Tips

To keep your mat in top condition, wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap after each use, then let it air dry completely before rolling. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as it may cause the NBR material to fade or become brittle over time. For extra grip during intense workouts, lightly mist the surface with water before starting.
