How to use

Place the Stabo 20261 on a stable surface or mount according to available accessories. Power the device and select one of the 16 channels using the channel control. Ensure all radios in the group are set to the same channel and compatible PMR446 settings for successful communication. Speak clearly into the microphone and use the push-to-talk control for transmission; release the control to resume receiving. Adjust position and antenna orientation if reception is weak to improve signal quality within the PMR446 coverage range.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the radio within line-of-sight conditions where possible and avoid obstructions that significantly attenuate UHF signals. Keep all units on matching channels and test communication prior to operational use. Observe local regulations for PMR446 usage and maintain a conservative transmission approach to preserve battery life.
