How to use

Turn off the printer or put it into a ready state according to the printer manual before replacing the toner. Open the printer’s front or top cover to access the toner compartment, remove the empty yellow cartridge by following the manufacturer’s guidance, and unpack the replacement cartridge. Insert the new yellow cartridge firmly in the correct slot until it clicks into place, close the cover, and allow the printer to initialise. Run a test print or a printer alignment procedure if prompted to ensure correct colour registration and print quality.

Recommendations

Store the toner cartridge in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Use genuine compatible Ricoh toner cartridges and follow the printer maintenance schedule to keep print heads and internal components clean. For reliable yield, base inventory planning on the specified up-to 6,000-page yield under standard test conditions and consider keeping a spare cartridge on hand for high-volume periods.
