How to use

Place the batch of A4 documents into the automatic document feeder, aligning edges according to the feeder guides. Select the desired resolution and destination on the connected computer or supported device, then start the scan operation; the ix2500 will capture both sides of pages in a single pass at up to 600 dpi. After scanning, verify images for clarity and use OCR or document management software to convert captures into searchable PDFs or other file formats.

Recommendations

For consistent results, remove staples or paper clips and ensure pages are not folded before feeding. Use 600 dpi when high detail or small text legibility is required; for routine archival scans where smaller file sizes are preferred, choose a lower resolution.
