Rilevatore CO QOLTEC 52576 – Sensore monossido di carbonio, allarme 85 dB

QOLTEC 52576 is a carbon monoxide (CO) detector alarm designed to continuously monitor indoor air for dangerous levels of CO. The unit provides an audible 85 dB alarm to alert occupants when elevated concentrations are detected, helping to reduce the risk from leaking heating appliances, blocked flues or vehicle exhaust that can enter enclosed spaces. The compact design and straightforward indicators make the device suitable for installation in homes and small commercial premises where early CO detection is needed.

Advantages

The detector offers steady, automatic monitoring of carbon monoxide with a high-volume 85 dB alarm for clear notification. Its compact footprint and simple user interface allow for unobtrusive placement on a wall or shelf. The device operates continuously to provide passive protection without requiring constant attention, and its audible alert is calibrated to be heard across typical living spaces.

How to use

Install the detector according to room layout and manufacturer guidance — ideally on a wall at breathing height or following specific local codes for carbon monoxide detector placement. Ensure the device is powered and test it after installation using the test function if available. Regularly check the status LEDs and replace batteries or perform required maintenance at intervals recommended by the manufacturer. If the alarm sounds, evacuate the area immediately, ventilate if safe to do so, and seek fresh air and professional assistance.

Recommendations

Place the CO detector in rooms with potential CO sources but not directly above fuel-burning appliances. Avoid installing next to windows, doors, or vents that can dilute readings. Follow local regulations for detector placement and maintain the device by testing periodically and replacing batteries or the unit as advised.
