Fixed shelf panel ALLNET SNB-Series T1000mm T750×B472×H46mm in light gray is a sturdy mounting surface designed for SNB series server racks with a 1000 mm internal depth. The panel provides a solid, non-vented platform for placing network devices, small servers, power supplies or peripherals where a rigid support is required. Its compact height and standardized width fit common 19-inch rack cabinets and help maintain an orderly layout inside data cabinets and server rooms.

Advantages

The fixed shelf panel offers a durable construction that supports equipment weight without flexing, ensuring stable placement of hardware. The light gray finish provides a neutral appearance that integrates with standard rack interiors. As a non-sliding, non-vented shelf it minimizes movement and is suitable for items that do not require direct airflow through the mounting surface. Installation is straightforward and designed to align with SNB series mounting points for accurate positioning inside a 1000 mm deep rack.

How to use

Position the shelf panel inside the rack at the desired mounting height and align the mounting holes with the rack’s vertical rails. Secure the shelf using the appropriate fastening hardware compatible with SNB series racks, ensuring all screws or bolts are tightened evenly to prevent tilting. Place equipment on the shelf after confirming the load is within the rack’s and shelf’s supported capacity and that cabling does not obstruct intended placement. For heavy items, verify that weight distribution across the shelf is balanced and consider additional support if required.

Recommendations

Do not block rack airflow for devices that require ventilation through chassis vents; use this non-vented shelf for equipment that can operate without direct bottom ventilation. Regularly check fasteners for tightness and inspect the shelf for signs of deformation when hosting heavy loads. Follow cabinet manufacturer guidelines for maximum supported weights and safe installation practices.
