Ripiano per rack EFB Elektronik 19 pollici 1U estraibile carico max 30 kg

The EFB Elektronik 19" 1U Pull-Out Shelf is a compact rack accessory designed to organize and provide convenient access to equipment in standard 19-inch racks. Finished in black metal, the shelf supports a maximum load of 30 kg and offers a pull-out design that makes installation, maintenance and temporary placement of devices easy while saving rack space. With a width of 482.6 mm and a depth of 750 mm it is compatible with typical server room and data center racks where 1U height is required.

Advantages

This pull-out shelf combines robust metal construction with a space-saving 1U profile and a practical sliding mechanism for front access. The 30 kg load capacity is suitable for a variety of devices and peripherals, while the black finish integrates visually with existing rack hardware. Its standardized 19" width ensures straightforward mounting into common rack rails and stable operation under typical load conditions.

Suitable for

• Mounting servers, small UPS units and network devices for temporary or semi-permanent use
• Holding tools, test equipment or service laptops in server rooms and closets
• Installing peripherals that require occasional front access without occupying multiple rack units

Key specifications

• Form factor: 1U rack-mounted pull-out shelf
• Width: 482.6 mm (19") compatible with standard rack rails
• Depth: 750 mm usable depth
• Maximum static load: 30 kg
• Material and finish: metal construction with black coating
• Mounting: fits standard 19" rack mounting positions

How to use

Install the shelf into a free 1U position in a 19" rack by aligning the mounting holes with the rack rails and securing it using appropriate rack screws and cage nuts. Slide the shelf into position to support equipment, then pull out as needed to access devices for cabling, maintenance or temporary placement. Ensure the load is distributed evenly across the shelf surface and avoid exceeding the 30 kg maximum load to maintain safe operation.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use the shelf for equipment within the specified load limit and check mounting fasteners periodically. Avoid mounting heavy, vibration-prone devices directly on a 1U pull-out shelf; for such equipment consider a deeper or dedicated mounting solution. Ensure adequate airflow and cable management around the installed devices to maintain cooling and accessibility.
