Ripiano Triton con perforazione 1U 650 mm

The Triton Shelf with perforation 1U 650mm is a metal rack shelf designed for mounting in 1U server racks and cabinets. Finished in cream and grey, the shelf offers a 650 mm depth to accommodate networking devices, small servers, power supplies and other rack-mounted equipment that do not require a full-width tray. The perforated surface improves airflow and helps dissipate heat from installed components while the construction supports a rated maximum load of 40 kg, providing a balance of capacity and compact footprint.

Advantages

The perforated design enhances ventilation and reduces heat buildup around installed devices, while the 650 mm depth gives room for a variety of equipment types. A rated load capacity of 40 kg ensures stable support for heavier accessories and small form-factor components. The cream and grey finish integrates with common rack interiors and helps maintain a neutral appearance in data rooms and equipment closets.

Suitable for

• Mounting small servers and network switches in a 1U rack space
• Supporting power supplies, UPS modules and PDUs where full-width trays are unnecessary
• Holding patch panels, cable management tools and accessories
• Temporary placement of diagnostic tools and lab instrumentation in rack environments

Key specifications

• Mounting size: 1U rack-compatible shelf
• Depth: 650 mm
• Maximum load capacity: 40 kg
• Surface: perforated for improved airflow
• Colour: cream and grey finish

How to use

Install the Triton 1U shelf in a standard 19-inch rack by aligning the mounting holes with the rack rails and securing it with compatible rack screws or mounting hardware. Place equipment on the perforated surface, ensuring the total weight does not exceed the 40 kg rating and that items are centred where possible to maintain balance. Allow clearance for cabling and ventilation by positioning devices so that air can flow through the perforations.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, distribute loads evenly and avoid placing concentrated heavy objects near the front or rear edges. Use appropriate mounting hardware for your rack type and ensure cable routing does not obstruct airflow through the perforations.
